It's often said that optimism breeds confidence which in turn helps to generate positive energy & development and in this process give the " Feel Good Factor". This is precisely; I would like to summarize the happenings at Praa in last 30 months.

Over the past two & half years, we have faced several challenges but were able to overcome them with tremendous support from the Government, the Board, all the employees of the Company. After many years of uncertainty & gloom with fear of closure, Praga has now begun to appear prospering with promising effects in all spheres.

For the first time, in last 10 years, Praga witnessed considerable inflow of export/deemed export orders of over Rs.1.0 crore.

All over customers desire to have Praga's products not only because of the Trust & dependability but there is always a sense of urgency. Solving the customers' problems and reducing their cost of operation have now been our main focus. We are determined to provide service with reliability, on time and with required speed. We are thus committed to provide solutions force & not sales force.

We have benchmarked ourselves for self excellence. We have reinvented & re-engineered our business process. One could find at least a small bit of Praga product in every part of manufacturing sectors viz. Defence. Railways, Aero space, Auto & Auto components sector; die moulding & other engineering tool rooms.

Praga is at the turning point from where we can make a leap forward, the yearning to make it a profit making company, is now gathering strength. Praga is now growing from strength tostrength.

PRAGA AT IMTEX - 2004

Praga's participation in IMTEX-2004 at Vikhroli in Mumbai during 28th Jan'04 to 3rd Feb'04 was well received by its prospective customers.

CNC Cutter and Tool Grinding machine was displayed which evoked a good response.

Praga has generated enquiries worth of Rs.70 lacs and could secure orders worth of Rs.30 lacs approx. during IMTEX

Praga Reconditions old Machines both CNC&Conventional.Many
old conventional machines are being reconditioned presently

Praga has unvelied a scheme for buying new machines in exchange of old machines. An amount representing the present value of the old machine would be reduced from the new machines providing the customers real value for money.
