For the past few months, Praga has been delivering products to its customers and endeavoring to match their expectations. The result has been very encouraging in terms of customer reponse. The comments made by some of our valued customer has been reproduced in this bulletin, which goes to prove that the customers has not lost faith on Praga. The deliveries has been prompt as usual and nearly 95% of our customers have expressed their satisfaction with regard to the services rendered by Praga. We are aiming to satisfy all our customers (100%) within the next 3 months with our products and services. Your cooperation and support at this stage would be invaluable to Praga. Praga has successfully reconditioned and commissioned the CNC Horizontal Machining Centre for Heavy Vehicles Factory, Avadi which is a good beginning for the Company. New products are being introduced at regular intervals. Praga is selling two foreign manufacturer's brand of Vertical Machining Centre, from Taiwan and Germany with an agreement to sell and service their machines in India. The latest addition is M/s Alzmetall from German, manufacturers of Drilling machine and Vertical Machining Centres, Besides the above, Praga has introduced Vertical Machining Centre (developed in house), Cylindrical Grinders, Hydraulic Power Chuck, Turret Head and pallet changer to its current product range.
