Statement of Services Provided

Praga customers shall be provided with:

Machine Tools built with quality material and good workmanship conforming to International Standards.

Delivery assurance of a:
o Maximum of 3 - 4 weeks for conventional machines.
o Maximum of 3 - 4 months for CNC Machines/ Special purpose machines.

Complete knowledge of the functioning / operations of the purchased Machine Tools, Commissioning and Installation of Machine Tools, including use of special attachment / accessories, use of operation manual and specifics of Praga warranty policy.

Efficient after sales service backup

Timely supply of spares

Speedy resolution of issues of warranty claims and settlements

Free service month for all users of our Machine Tools. TS

Grievance Redress Mechanism

In case of any enquiries, clarification or grievances in connection with performance of our Machine Tools, the customer can adopt the following measures.

1. Approach the authorized dealer for redress, Dealer's service personnel will check and carry out necessary repairs to the Machine Tools.
2. If not satisfied with dealer's response, contact the concerned personnel at our Regional Offices located in various places across the country. A list of the Regional Offices with address and their telephone numbers is given below.
